ClickJack Protection, Spring ’14 – Entry Check

Spring ’14

With the Spring ’14 Release of salesforce, ClickJack Protection will be auto enabled.
This may not mean a lot to you, but if you enable the ClickJack Protection, this means that salesforce no longer support the display of custom Visual Force pages on e.g. the Lead Detail page Layout.

For Entry Check we are using this feature to place the Dupe Status on the Lead/Contact/Account details, using a salesforce Visual Force page, to show to the user if a record is a duplicated of another record or not.
Dupe Status, small
If you enable the ClickJack Protection, and for new org created after the release of Spring ’14 this will be enabled by default, you will not be able to use this feature.

Impact

With the ClickJack Protection enabled, you will no longer be able to use the Dupe Status components.
Your options are:
1) Contact salesforce support to disable the clickjack protection
2) Not to place (remove) the Dupe Status components on your page layouts.

This will make the Display of the Dupe Status work:
Clickjack2

This will make the Display of the Dupe Status Fail:
Clickjack1
